This window appears on
right-clicking on a transition moment or transition moments in the
tree view in the
constants window and selecting
"Rename". This allows you to select the states (for a
transition moment) or manifold (for transition moments) connected
by the transition. Use the "Bra" and "Ket" drop down boxes to
select the required states or manifolds.
